01. Reality & Reason
What Is Real, and How Do We Know?
Reality must be faced before it can be trusted, and discovery begins the moment we admit we don’t know. This session invites us to pause and question not only what exists, but how we come to believe anything at all. By exploring the difference between what is and how it is perceived, we lay a foundation for clarity, humility, and courage — the kind needed to engage every question that follows.
02. What is the Soul?
Sin, Agency and the Design of the Soul
Mental health touches every life, but the soul cannot be diagnosed with science alone. This week explores the nature of sin, suffering, and identity through the lens of grace and responsibility. We ask what the soul is, where healing begins, and how the broken can be restored without erasing their agency.
03. Conscience & Conviction
Navigating Gray Areas with Clarity and Grace
Conscience is not a license for self-rule, nor a guarantee of truth. This week asks where it comes from, how it’s formed, and why it so often disagrees. By exploring conviction in light of design and discernment, we learn how to navigate gray areas with humility, clarity, and grace.
04. Life & Personhood
Human Nature: The Value and Origin of Identity
Before we can protect life, we must define it. And before we define it, we must ask what gives it value. This week explores personhood not as a political term, but as a reflection of something deeper — design, purpose, and origin. To uphold the sanctity of life through God’s definition, not cultural debate, we trace the source of human worth and move beyond controversy into discovery.
05. Man & Woman
Sex, Identity, and Embodied Design
To reaffirm sexual identity as God-given and rooted in creation, this session invites us to consider what it means to be created with form and purpose. Male and female are more than categories or pronouns — they are questions of identity, embodiment, and calling. As we explore how biology, spirit, and relationship shape our understanding of sex and self, we uncover the story our bodies are telling.
06. Marriage & Covenant
Wholeness in Unity and the Sacredness of Vows and Family
Marriage begins long before the vows and continues long after the ceremony. Presenting marriage as a reflection of the gospel and God’s design for unity and flourishing, this session reexamines covenant not as tradition or trend, but as a symbol of wholeness — a union that mirrors God’s love, order, and creativity. By asking what marriage truly is, we begin to rediscover its power to restore, to shape, and to sanctify.
07. Freedom & Responsibility
Liberty, Conscience, and Moral Boundaries
Freedom is not the absence of limits, but the presence of purpose. This session explores liberty not as entitlement, but as a calling — shaped by truth and accountable to love. By asking what freedom is and how it’s recognized or distorted, we recover a vision that honors both conscience and community.
08. Justice & Race
Equality vs Equity, True Diversity and Biblical Restoration
Justice cries out across every culture, but its meaning shifts depending on who defines it. Clarifying biblical justice and resisting ideological distortion, this session explores race, equity, and belonging through the lens of design and truth. We ask what justice truly is — not socially or politically, but fundamentally — and how we can pursue it without losing sight of what God intended us to be.
09. Wealth & Fairness
Property, Prosperity, Redistribution and Biblical Justice
Wealth raises questions of fairness, but prosperity alone does not define justice. This session challenges us to think biblically about ownership, stewardship, and generosity. We explore the design behind resources — and what it means to share without envy, to give without guilt, and to flourish without fear.
10. Borders & Nations
Order, Compassion, and the Role of Civil Boundaries
Nations rise, borders shift, and policies divide — but what is a nation in the eyes of God? This week considers the purpose of boundaries, the role of government, and the tension between compassion and order. We ask what it means to belong, to lead, and to uphold justice without abandoning mercy.
11. Global Belief & Moral Codes
Worldview Diversity and Ethical Universals
A thoughtful look at world cultures, religions, and value systems — asking whether moral frameworks are merely inherited or anchored in something eternal. This session challenges relativism while offering a compassionate lens for discerning universal moral law.
12. Truth, Language & Opinion
Interpretation, Revelation and the Power of Words
Language frames our reality — but can it be trusted? This session explores the nature of words, meaning, and the role of divine revelation. From spin to Scripture, we consider how interpretation affects our grasp of truth and what it means to speak faithfully in a fractured world.
13. Science & Truth
What Can (and Can’t) Be Known Through Science?
Science observes creation, but it cannot explain it entirely. This session asks what science can tell us, what it can’t, and why both its strengths and limits matter for faith. By recovering a humble respect for what is knowable — and what isn’t — we grow in both discernment and awe.
14. Truth in Community
Why the Church Matters in a Fragmented Age
Truth flourishes in relationship. This session asks what the Church is and how it helps us discern, apply, and live out truth together. By recovering a vision of shared life, accountability, and spiritual authority, we affirm the Church as God’s means for truth formation in a fragmented world.
15. Formation & Discipleship
How Minds Are Shaped by Who We Trust
We are shaped by who we trust. This session examines how minds are formed — through education, imitation, or revelation — and asks what it means to be discipled in truth. By exploring true formation versus manipulation, we recognize how identity is built not just through belief, but through relationship.
16. Worship & Wisdom
How Habits Shape What We Know and Who We Become
Worship is not just expressive — it’s formative. This session explores the habits, liturgies, and affections that shape how we know, love, and live. By asking what worship is and how it forms us, we recover wisdom that reorients our desires and deepens our understanding.
17. Beauty & Belief
How Aesthetics Point to the Divine
Beauty points beyond utility and awakens something deep within us — but is it just in the eye of the beholder? This session explores the transcendent nature of beauty, how it shapes meaning, and why its power still matters in a disenchanted world.
18. Suffering & Meaning
What Pain Tells Us About God and the World
Pain reveals and shapes us. This session wrestles with the presence of suffering and its place in a world created good. We explore how suffering refines meaning, tests identity, and opens doors for spiritual insight that comfort never could.
19. Ethics at the Edge
Christian Wisdom in an Age of Biotech
Not all progress is improvement. This week examines the impulse to enhance, upgrade, and redefine the human body — and asks what we lose when we no longer receive ourselves as created. By exploring the tension between stewardship and self-authorship, we recover reverence for the design we’ve been given.
20. AI & Humanity
Technology and Awareness in the Hands of Image Bearers
AI may imitate thought, but can it possess soul? This session explores the line between simulation and consciousness, asking what makes us human — and whether machines can ever cross that line. As we weigh the power of technology, we reaffirm the uniqueness of those made in God’s image.
21. Labels & Destiny
The Earth to Eden Narrative: From Victimhood to Conqueror
We are more than our labels, yet the world keeps assigning them. This final session traces the journey from victimhood to identity, from fragmentation to destiny. We ask what truly defines us — not just in theory, but in practice — and how redemption rewrites even our deepest names.
Each Month…
…a group of truth seekers and Christ followers gathers in a relaxed and friendly setting to share our experiences, insights, and questions about the topics that can be found among the resources on our site and beyond.
As the group discussion grows and evolves, we readily respond to group ideas and requests, implementing useful tools, applications and other resources to facilitate more fruitful discourse.
We invite everyone and anyone who is interested in learning more about the challenges found in navigating the Christian faith, whether from within or as a curious onlooker investigating possibilities.
